Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

We provide a software-as-a-service platform. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Photo Rights and Consent to Use a Person’s Likeness

You must have the right to upload and use each photo and obtain the depicted person’s consent to use their likeness for AI video generation and any intended sharing or publication. Owning or possessing a photo does not by itself grant permission to use the depicted person’s likeness. Your use of the photos and generated videos must stay within the permissions you have obtained.

Prohibited Misuse of People’s Images

You must not use the service to create or share non-consensual sexually explicit synthetic content, impersonate another person, commit fraud, defame or harass anyone, or falsely imply that a person endorses a product, service, organization or message.

Protection of Minors

If a photo or generated video depicts a minor, you must obtain authorization from their parent or legal guardian for the intended use. Any sexualized or exploitative content involving minors is prohibited, regardless of any claimed consent or authorization.

Limited Permission to Process Your Materials

By uploading materials, you authorize us and the service providers necessary to operate the service to process those materials solely to generate, store and deliver your video, including sharing that you request through the service. This permission does not transfer ownership of your materials and does not automatically authorize us to use your photos, likeness or generated videos in advertising or promotional campaigns. Any such promotional use requires separate permission. Please also review our Privacy Policy for information about data handling.

Likeness and Rights Complaints

If you are the person depicted or their authorized representative and believe that content on this service uses their likeness without permission or otherwise infringes their rights, contact nullyangweiguang@gmail.com. Include the relevant page or content links, a description of the concern, your relationship to the depicted person and a way to contact you. You may request an investigation and restriction of access to the reported content.

We will review the report and may request information reasonably needed to verify it. Where appropriate, we may restrict access to the reported content while investigating or following our review.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
