Keyboard player or partner: where each photo goes
Understand the two upload roles and avoid discovering a swapped pairing after generation.

Assign roles first
The first upload supplies the keyboard player and the second supplies the partner. This order assigns performance roles. Agree on those roles before selecting files. If the idea is to capture the chemistry of a duo, choosing an appropriate role for each subject is a useful first decision.
Upload separately
Put two separate images into the two slots, with one clear subject in each. Collages, screenshots with text frames and group photographs introduce unnecessary information. Once the files are selected, inspect both previews. Make sure you have not accidentally uploaded the same subject twice.
Swap before generating
If the roles are reversed, replace the photos in the upload slots before submitting. Changing the homepage previews does not update an already completed video. Another generation is a new task and uses credits again, so review roles, aspect ratio and resolution together before proceeding.
Inspect the interaction
When reviewing the output, verify role assignment before inspecting hands near the keyboard, spacing between subjects and faces during turns. The reference scene guides the performance, but animation details can vary. Save a version you like locally, then decide on a specific change before trying another pairing.
