Understanding credits and failed video tasks
Plan generations by resolution and distinguish waiting, status errors, confirmed failure and payment refunds.

Resolution sets the task cost
Each 480p task uses 20 credits, 720p uses 45 and 1080p uses 80. Check the configuration shown before submission for either aspect ratio. Submitting the same photos again creates another task. Budget for the number of attempts you intend to make rather than treating a purchase as unlimited generation.
Plan around the available balance
Current purchases are one-time credit packs with no automatic renewal, and purchased credits do not expire. Signed-in and guest packs differ, so check the audience on the pricing page. For example, 105 credits can fund one 1080p and one 480p task, leaving 5. It cannot fund three 720p tasks. Your existing balance also matters.
Waiting is not confirmed failure
Generation time depends on the provider’s queue, with no guaranteed completion time. If a status request is temporarily unavailable, revisit the existing task before paying or submitting again. A normal page refresh does not automatically cancel a created task. Keep its ID so progress and any later issue can be checked.
Check credits after confirmed failure
Credits consumed by a confirmed failed generation are returned. A credit return is separate from a cash refund, and dissatisfaction with a completed output does not automatically establish failure. If a failed task’s balance does not look right, contact support with the task ID, status and time, without sending card details or passwords.
